Baji Terms of Use – What’s Important for Every Player to Know

Baji gambling platform is operated by Aurora Holdings N.V., a company registered in Curaçao and licensed for gambling. By creating an account, you agree to the terms and conditions of the site. They define who can use the service, how financial transactions take place, what is prohibited and in what cases the company can restrict access.

Who Can Play

If you want to pause, Baji offers a self-exclusion function. To do this, you need to send a support request from your registered email and specify the desired period of time. After activating self-exclusion, access to the account will be suspended and re-registration is prohibited.

Deposit and Withdrawal

To replenish the account, it is allowed to use payment means issued in the name of the user himself. This can be a bank card, e-wallet, local provider or other method specified on the website. Replenishment from other people’s accounts, corporate cards and unauthorised sources is prohibited. Such transactions may be blocked and the account may be temporarily frozen until the information is clarified.

If the deposit is made in a currency other than the account currency, the system automatically converts it at the current internal exchange rate. The source may be the rate from oanda.com, or in some cases, data from an acquiring bank or payment gateway. Please note that third-party payment providers, such as your bank, may charge an additional fee for conversion, which is independent of Baji and is non-refundable.

If the rules are violated, Baji has the right to block the account, cancel all active bets and withhold the funds in the account. This may happen without prior notice if the user’s actions undermine the integrity of the service or violate laws.

Serious offences (fraud, use of other people’s data, hacking of accounts) may be referred to law enforcement authorities. All losses incurred by the gambling platform as a result of the user’s actions are subject to compensation.

Intellectual Property Rights

All rights to logos, software, interfaces and content belong to the company. You may not copy, distribute or use the Baji brand for any purpose without written permission. Creating an account does not grant you a licence to use the gambling platform commercially.
